A bereaved father is still a father, they, like a bereaved mother, hold their child in their hearts.
Bereaved Fathers Day will be acknowledged the week before Fathers Day. Barefoot Bowls for Bereaved Dads is a casual get together across Australia (at least one event in each state) for all fathers who hold a baby or babies in their hearts, not their arms. We hope that their support network of family and friends will join them and honour their baby that is chasing butterflies in the sky.
